With a range of free and affordable paid-for packages, the Property Advice Services (PAS) is a one-stop-shop for services for SME owners dealing with commercial property-related issues. We help them tackle challenges such as how to find small business premises and claiming business rates relief.
We help SMEs and start ups navigate the current commercial property market in the UK, so they can make informed decisions and find solutions to issues such as business rates, lease negotiations, legal rights, budgeting, opening/ closing premises, energy efficiency and funding.
Our comprehensive approach equips businesses with the resources needed for growth. After all, making the right decisions today can help entrepreneurs avoid challenges down the line.
Partnering with real estate professionals Newmark (formerly known as Gerald Eve), and other key organisations, we offer:

To be eligible for our support, businesses must employ less than 250 people and have a turnover of under £44 million.
PAS is delivered by London Business Partnership, which was set up in 2012, by directors Naima Omasta-Milsom and Deryck Sealy. They wanted to help SMEs in London, after seeing many business owners struggle to understand complex commercial property-related issues such as business rates, lease terms.
They also realised that this knowledge gap was having a negative impact on people’s ventures, and wanted to help these hard-working entrepreneurs.
