We provide consultancy services and advice to businesses across London. We do this through one to one session, focus groups, events, workshops and internal training. We also run business support programmes for local authorities across London.

LBP Consultancy Ltd t/a Property Advisory Services (“we”, “us”, “our”) is fully committed to the principles of the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the abolition of modern slavery, and the prevention of human trafficking, forced labour, and exploitation in all its forms.
We uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and expect the same from all organisations we work with. We recognise that modern slavery can occur in any sector and we take a proactive, risk‑based approach to preventing it.
- Our Organisation
Property Advisory Services provides business support, commercial property advice, mentoring, and workspace‑related services across the UK. We operate primarily within professional services, advisory work, and business support programmes.
We recognise our responsibility to ensure that our operations and supply chains remain free from modern slavery and human trafficking.

We assess our organisation as low risk for modern slavery due to:
- the nature of our services (professional, advisory, knowledge‑based)
- our limited and predominantly UK‑based supply chain
- our use of reputable suppliers, often procured through UK Government frameworks

Our recruitment, Employment & Training Practices

We are committed to fair, transparent and safe recruitment practices. We:
- verify the identity and right‑to‑work status of all employees
- ensure all staff are employed voluntarily and are free from coercion
- provide clear information on pay, conditions and rights
- prohibit recruitment fees or deductions that could create debt bondage
- ensure staff can raise concerns without fear of retaliation
We foster a culture where staff feel confident reporting wrongdoing.
- Supplier Due Diligence
We take a risk‑based approach to assessing suppliers. Our due diligence includes:
- assessing suppliers’ own modern slavery policies
- requiring contractual commitments to comply with the Modern Slavery Act
- reviewing suppliers’ ethical and labour standards
- monitoring high‑risk categories (e.g., cleaning, facilities, overseas services)
- refusing to engage with suppliers who do not meet our standards
Where concerns arise, we take immediate action, including suspension or termination of contracts.
