Who are ‘Property Advice Services’?
Property Advice Services is a platform and advisory service that helps landlords navigate the retail property process — from searching for locations to signing a lease.
Do I need previous property experience?
No. All plans are designed to guide first-timers through each step.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes. You can adjust your plan at any time.
Is there a minimum contract?
No you can cancel anytime but we recommend a minimum of 3 months for the Standard plan, due to the nature of property searches and negotiations — but this is flexible.
Are the packages fully self-serve?
Yes. You access support and guidance via tools, templates, checklists, timelines and resources.
Do I get 1:1 advisor calls on the Basic Plan?
One of our team will talk to you about your issue, and signpost you to helpful content and additional support if required.
What if I need more help later?
We offer additional services, including on-demand calls with experts. Or you can access more support by buying a Standard, Business Rates or Bespoke package.
How much 1:1 advisor time is included?
The Basic package comes with a free 15 minute call, the Standard and Business Rates packages are 30 minutes. The Bespoke package offers as many sessions for as long as you need. Our additional services offer 30 or 60 minute one-off calls.
Do you negotiate with agents for me?
We can negotiate with the landlord’s agents on your behalf if you buy the bespoke package.
What does bespoke pricing depend on?
The bespoke pricing depends on several factors, such as the scope of the enquiry/problem, complexity of the issue, additional support resources required, time constraints/critical, services requested or needed, and whether we need to liaise with other organisations or suppliers.
