About Property Advice Services
Existing business support services often focus on advice on matters of employment law, company law, intellectual property, and taxation, and do not provide comprehensive coverage of property law. The consequence of this is that businesses may sign leases which they don’t fully understand and incur significant liabilities which may be difficult to withdraw from, leading to serious financial problems, and in some cases, business failure.
Property Advice Services was created to provide businesses with practical, expert guidance to navigate these difficulties. Our tailored services are designed to help you make informed decisions, ensuring your business thrives in the right space.

A Fresh Start Backed By Experience
The founders of Property Advice Services have worked for and run London Business Partnership (LBP) for many years. LBP is a similar business support agency that offers advice and guidance to SMEs through public funded programmes from the likes of the Greater London Authority (Mayor of London) and the UK Shared Prosperity Fund (UKSPF). With their years working with LBP, the team at Property Advice Services has the knowledge, experience and contacts that make all the difference in the commercial sector.
We also work closely with Newmark LLC (formerly Gerald Eve), to ensure all our advice is informed by the latest information. Newmark LLC are international property experts, they provide invaluable resources and their wealth of experience in the commercial property market. Regulated by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, you can trust their resources and advice as much as our own.

Deryck Sealy
Deryck Sealy is the Operations Director with over 20 years of experience in delivering business support programmes as well as coaching and mentoring. Prior to this he had a 23-year career in Retail Banking working at one of the Big Four banks. NB The last 7 years of his career were dedicated to working with the Bank’s small businesses.
Deryck, through London Business Partnership, over the last 13 years has helped to create over 750 businesses and supported over 2000 existing businesses. He has a track record of building supportive relationships with new entrepreneurs, business owners and partners both in the UK and Europe. He has demonstrated resilience, consistency, creativity and a collaborative approach to help his clients progress/achieve success.

Naima Omasta-Milson
Naima is a Business Development Director with over 20 years of experience in business support, coaching and mentoring. Her role at Brunel University as an Innovation Director has included working to stimulate start-ups and SME growth by providing innovation support and supporting the creation of new products, processes and services through collaborative projects between the SMEs and Brunel University’s research, academics and students. Naima has helped to create over 1000 businesses and supported over 3000 existing businesses. She has a proven ability to build effective working relationships with new entrepreneurs, business owners and partners, showing resilience and reliability, breadth of view, creativity and client focus.

Paddy Bates
Paddy spent 10 years working in the commercial property retail sector as a surveyor. He is accredited through the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He has worked alongside national retailers to acquire new commercial properties across the UK. During this time, he saw the mistakes small business owners made, like signing up for lease terms they didn’t need to. He has also seen the challenges they faced, like simply finding out how much business rates are or knowing where commercial properties were advertised. It is this that has inspired him to work with small businesses to help them navigate the commercial property space.

Martin Kidd
Martin brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the team, having started out in practice almost 50 years ago when he joined King & Co. in 1976 after leaving Oxford Brookes with a Diploma in Estate Management. Martin subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and was appointed a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS) in 1992. Martin’s specialist knowledge of industrial and logistics property has evolved over the years whilst employed, inter alia, by major landowning companies Brixton plc (over 22 years) and more recently by SEGRO PLC (over 10 years). Martin’s position at SEGRO was as the Asset Manager for Park Royal. Martin now deals with all property-related matters, mainly acting for occupiers with whom he has built up a strong relationship over the years, on a consultancy basis.

Issac Adams
Isaac is a Project Coordinator at London Business Partnership, who joined the team in 2023. Before joining the business, Isaac studied at Bournemouth University, where he acquired his degree in Business Information Technology.
Isaac has been instrumental in coordinating the UKSPF Property Advice Service programme where 1000 London businesses received FREE commercial property advice.
